These terms govern your access to and use of this House Rent & Water Billing System. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this system (as an Admin or Tenant), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the system.
2. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your password with others and to notify the administrator if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Admins manage tenant profiles, bills, and payment records.
  • Tenants can view bills, make payments (if enabled), and download receipts/bills.
3. Payments & Billing
This system records rent and water bill payments. Payment receipts and bills are generated based on the data stored in the system. Payment methods may include Bank, UPI, QR, Cash, or online gateways (if configured).
  • Tenants should review payment details before completing a payment.
  • Admins may record payments on behalf of tenants when required.
  • Duplicate or incorrect entries should be reported immediately for correction.
4. Data Accuracy
We take reasonable steps to ensure the system works correctly, but you are responsible for verifying that bills and receipts match the actual amounts and months paid. If you notice any mismatch, contact the administrator.
5. Notifications
The system may send automated notifications (such as email receipts) based on configuration. Delivery depends on email provider availability and correct tenant contact details.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
  • Use the system for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.
  • Upload malicious code or abuse the system services.
7. Changes to the System
The administrator may update features, modify billing logic, or change supported payment methods to improve service. Continued use of the system after changes means you accept the updated terms.
8. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if misuse is detected or if required for security reasons.
